  This place is a joke. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The seemingly simple process of purchasing and scheduling an install for a cooktop range has taken 3 weeks and multiple phone calls. I've spoken to no less than 10 different people, had to reschedule a mandatory pre-install measurement (because the installer was late, Then shows up WITHOUT A MEASURING TAPE, and had to borrow mine), and now I'm being told that I need to drive 50 miles back to the store to sign a contract (that was never mentioned until now) before I can schedule the install! Also, they're trying to hit me with an up charge to install the LP conversion kit which is included with the cooktop. After all this, no one can even give me an actual total for the install, and I'm left waiting for another person to call me back before I can pay for it. Why even bother with this headache?!?

  The staff are friendly and helpful, the variety of available products both in store and on line is usually good, and long store hours ensures that most jobs can be started and finished the same day.
